Payment
A 30% down payment is required, of the quote, this is non-refundable. Payment required before completion of suit. Suits will not be sent without full payment. Payment plans can be arranged.

Please do not ask for cheaper prices, they will not be provided. Requesting a free suit will get you banned from being able to commission me in the future.
Shipping
You will be required to pay shipping fees. These will be added into the final price of your commission. We are based out of The United States of America, please keep this in mind when ordering from us.

I am not responsible for any damage caused in shipping.
Age
Commissioners must be at least 18 years of age, if you are under 18 a parent is required to purchase.
Please keep in mind that if you are under the age of 18 you may grow out of the commissioned suit. This is a large purchase to fit your current sizing.
Concept art
At least a two sided reference sheet outlining the design you wish to be made. (Three sided is prefered but not required)
Commissioner must have a reference sheet prior to commissioning.
Repairs and Warranty
I am not responsible for any damages caused in shipping.
I offer a one month warranty on anything that is a fault of my own. After the month and onto normal wear the client will have to pay a fee for repairs, will be quoted depending on repair.
I can not always guarantee all repairs will be done as quickly as others.
Shipping will be paid by client for repairs.
Deadlines
I will not work on a tight deadline. A costume will have a general wait of 6 months, however life always comes first. I will try my best to keep you updated.
Cancellations and design changes
Please keep in mind your own money situations before commissioning me. Before work on the commission begins everything except the 30% is refundable. Once work has started nothing can be refunded.

Any changes in design prior to starting work on your commission are acceptable as long as they are added to the reference sheet provided.
After work has started on the commission please refrain from changing the design, as I will not change designs that have been cut and sewn already.
Measurements
To properly get measurements to make your suit fit you we need a Duck Tape Dummy. This is a painters suit wrapped in ducktape when on your body, to get exact size.
What I do not offer
Please do not ask for the following as I will not do them.
-Feet paws only
-Long hair
-Head bases
-I will only do a Manokit on the DVC base as it looks amazing.
-realistic style heads
Disclaimer: I am a fairly new maker and have not done many species. I will try my best on any species.
